Ashley Jefferson has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Ashley is currently working at Beam Therapeutics since 2021, where they have held various leadership positions such as Director of Early Talent & Inclusion, Diversity, & Belonging, Director of Early Career and Talent Outreach, and Associate Director of Early Career and Talent Outreach.

Prior to Beam Therapeutics, Ashley worked at Vertex Pharmaceuticals from 2017 to 2021, where they served as a Senior Manager and Manager of Early Career and Talent Outreach, as well as a Contract Talent Acquisition Recruiter.

Before their time at Vertex Pharmaceuticals, Ashley worked at Atrium Staffing from 2012 to 2017, where they held positions such as Senior Recruiter, Division Manager of Finance & Accounting, and Talent Director. During their tenure at Atrium Staffing, Ashley played a crucial role in placing professionals in various industry positions and managing workforce management consulting projects.
