Bethany Cavanagh

Bethany Cavanagh has a diverse work experience in the finance field. Bethany is currently working at Beam Therapeutics as a Senior Vice President of Finance since August 2021. Prior to that, they were a Vice President of FP&A at Beam Therapeutics from April 2019 to September 2021. Before joining Beam Therapeutics, Bethany worked at CRISPR Therapeutics as an Executive Director of Financial Planning & Analysis from January 2017 to April 2019. Bethany also held positions at Dimension Therapeutics, Aegerion Pharmaceuticals, Genzyme, and Textron, where they gained significant experience in financial planning & analysis and finance management.

Bethany Cavanagh graduated from Roger Williams University in 1996 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in English and Elementary Education. Bethany later attended Babson College from 2002 to 2004, earning an MBA with a focus on Finance.
