Donald Cook

Donald Cook has a strong background in information security with over 20 years of experience. Donald is currently serving as the Vice President of Information Security at Beam Therapeutics since January 2023 and was previously the Senior Director of Information Security at the same company from February 2021 to January 2023. Prior to that, they worked as the Information Security Officer at AMAG Pharmaceuticals from February 2018 to February 2021. Donald also held various security roles at K logix, RSA The Security Division of EMC, Orchard Brands, DentaQuest, American Science and Engineering, and Polycom, demonstrating their expertise and leadership in the field.

Donald Cook attended Southern New Hampshire University from 2002 to 2006, where they studied Information Technology. Additionally, they also obtained certifications such as Certified HIPAA Professional (CHP) from HIPAA Academy in 2011 and CISSP from ISC2 in September 2005.
