Len Wilson

Len Wilson has extensive experience in various IT leadership roles. Len started their career in 1998 at Johnson & Johnson Consumer Health, where they held various IT leadership roles supporting Consumer Healthcare functions. In 2007, they joined Pfizer / Wyeth as the Director of Business Technology, responsible for strategic planning and implementation of laboratory operations systems globally. After that, they worked at Accenture / LabAnswer as a Client Delivery Leader / Management Consultant from 2016 to 2018. From 2018 to 2023, Len served as the Director of IT Business Partner at Bristol Myers Squibb, where they oversaw digital capability management and strategic planning of Cell Therapy Quality Systems. Currently, they are working as the Director of IT Business Partner for Technical Operations at Beam Therapeutics, a position they started in 2023.
