Mayre Brouse

Mayre Brouse is a seasoned professional in Quality Assurance Operations with extensive experience in the gene therapy and biopharmaceutical industries. Currently serving as Sr Manager at Beam Therapeutics, Mayre oversees the recruitment and development of quality teams and provides strategic quality guidance during the start-up of a gene therapy site. Previously held roles include Sr Manager of Quality Systems at Astellas Gene Therapies, where responsibilities included managing the Veeva QMS system and leading the implementation of risk management programs, as well as Manager of Quality Assurance, overseeing various quality assurance aspects during another gene therapy site start-up.
