Michael Perkins has over 15 years of experience in the biopharmaceutical industry, currently serving as Associate Director of Manufacturing at Beam Therapeutics since May 2022. Prior to this role, Michael held various positions at Biogen from April 2010 to May 2022, including Sr Manager of Manufacturing Technical Operations and Manager of Large Scale Manufacturing Technical Operations. Michael started the career at Biogen Idec as a Manufacturing Associate and progressed through multiple engineering and supervisory roles. Michael holds a Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering from North Carolina State University, obtained between 2005 and 2008.
