Sarah Lemons

Sarah Lemons has a diverse work experience in the field of quality systems and operations. Sarah has held positions of increasing responsibility with various companies, including Beam Therapeutics, Seqirus, Novartis Vaccines, Pfizer, Wyeth, Campbell University, and First Union Mortgage. Their most recent role was as the Sr. Director of Quality Systems at Beam Therapeutics, where they developed and oversaw the company's Quality Supplier Management Program. Prior to that, they worked at Seqirus as the Director of Quality Systems Shared Services and the Head of Research & Development Quality Systems. At Novartis Vaccines, they served as the Clinical Quality Assurance Systems and Operations Lead and the Development Quality Specialist. Sarah also gained experience at Pfizer as a QA Specialist and Communication Consultant, and at Wyeth as a QA Specialist and Administrative Assistant. Earlier in their career, they worked at Campbell University as the Director of Alumni for Pharmacy School and at First Union Mortgage as a Procedure Developer, Publication Specialist, and Special Events Supporter. Throughout their career, Sarah Lemons has demonstrated expertise in developing and implementing quality systems, managing teams, driving continuous improvement, and ensuring compliance with regulations.

Sarah Lemons earned a BA in Communication with a concentration in Journalism from Mars Hill University from 1994 to 1997. Sarah also obtained a Certified Six Sigma Green Belt from North Carolina State University in 2005. Prior to their university education, they attended Sanderson High School from 1990 to 1994. Additionally, they have obtained certifications in "Giving Your Elevator Pitch," "Managing Organizational Change for Managers," and "Performance Management: Conducting Performance Reviews" from LinkedIn in 2020.
