Maor Reuben

Maor Reuben is a specialized Data Scientist with extensive experience in leveraging machine learning and large language models for innovative research in areas such as fake news detection, social media analysis, cyber security, and psychometrics. Currently employed at BeamUP since April 2025, and previously at CBG - Cyber@Ben Gurion University from October 2015 to July 2025, key projects include an analysis of social biases in public language models and the development of accurate models for fake news detection resulting in a published paper. Maor's academic background includes a PhD in Software and Information Systems Engineering, along with a Master's and Bachelor's degree in the same field, all obtained from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev.
