William Correa

William Correa is a skilled software developer and founder with extensive experience in artificial intelligence and machine learning. Currently at Beanfield Metroconnect, William designs and implements architecture for a Retrieval-Augmented Generation system, enhancing chatbot responses using both large language models and custom-trained models. As the founder of XNotes, William developed a prototype that integrates speech-to-text, semantic search, and question answering capabilities. Previous roles include serving as an applied research scientist at IMDS Canada, where William led a face recognition project, and as a data scientist at ITrust SA, focusing on anomaly detection. Education includes a Ph.D. in Computer Science from Université de Rennes I and a Master's degree from Université Paul Sabatier Toulouse III.
