Rob Glenny has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Rob began their career as a Storyboard and Concept Artist, working as a freelancer for various production companies. In 2003, they co-founded Yoshimi & Katoi, where they served as a Co-founder, Director, and Executive Producer, developing CBBC's children's show "Strange Hill High."

In 2007, Glenny joined PDD Group Ltd as a Finance Executive and later took on roles as Management Accountant, Financial Controller, and ultimately Group Financial Controller. Rob was responsible for running the financial, legal, and operational aspects of PDD's business in both London and Hong Kong.

Moving on, Glenny joined Entertainment One in 2014 as a Financial Controller. During their tenure, they played a crucial role in the hyper-growth of Peppa Pig, expanding its retail value to £1 billion and launching the popular brand PJ Masks. Rob worked with numerous licensees, agents, and broadcasters around the world.

Since 2017, Glenny has been with Beano Studios, initially joining as a Finance Manager and rising to the position of Head of Commercial & New Business. In their current role, they are responsible for the overall commercial business strategy, driving revenue growth and brand expansion across various platforms.

Throughout their career, Glenny has demonstrated strong financial acumen and has contributed significantly to the growth and success of the organizations they have worked with.

Rob Glenny has a Bachelor's degree in Film from the University of the Arts London.
