Sim Kai

Sim Kai is a seasoned executive with diverse experience across the military, policy making, academic research, and technology management. They served as a Naval Officer in the Republic of Singapore Navy and held leadership positions, including CEO and Co-Founder of CtrlWorks, where they led a robotics start-up to significant accomplishments in autonomous technology. As an Independent Consultant, Sim worked with organizations in strategy and product development during the initial months of the COVID-19 pandemic. Currently, they co-founded Beanstalk AgTech and serve as Sales Director for WAYROBO PTE. LTD., while pursuing a Graduate Certificate at the University of Sydney.
