Beanz Consulting is a boutique management consulting practice — independent, practitioner-led, and conflict-free — serving Fortune 500 companies and multinationals across GCC setup and advisory, GBS vendor audits, supply chain transformation, and leadership capability building. Today the practice also spans data strategy and governance, analytics, AI advisory, custom software, and start-up advisory.
Our flagship offering — BEANZ ACCORD™ — is an independent, fixed-fee audit framework for GBS outsourcing relationships, designed for CFOs and COOs who want an evidence-based view of their vendor contracts before renewal, leadership transition, or board review.
Founded by Viraj Mehta — IIT Bombay alumnus, ex Kraft Heinz, P&G, and General Mills — who built Kraft Heinz's first Global Capability Centre from scratch: 1,000+ capacity, 20+ Centres of Excellence, under 5% attrition.
With Co-Founder Kartiksinh Sarvaiya — who headed Enterprise Data & Analytics at Kraft Heinz's GCC in Ahmedabad and led national-scale analytics for the Government of India — bringing the data and AI practice that turns operations into intelligence.
We move in. We execute. We move out. No open-ended retainers. No conflicts of interest. No borrowed frameworks.
