Kara Egan is currently an advisor at Applied. Kara has previous experience working as a Training Program Specialist- Regional Design at Xerox contracted to GE Corporate from November 2012 to April 2014. In this role, they led a campaign to rebrand course materials for 12 global courses, restructured the content management system where all course materials are stored, and managed purchase order and invoice transactions. Kara also assisted in design of faculty guides for three courses, produced a comprehensive course brochure, and managed a weekly project tracker for a team of eight. Additionally, they created pitches for use in presentations with executive leaders and was the operations lead for a team of eight which consisted of calendar management, organization of common files and team shared folder, and manager of team social media site (Colab). Kara's final responsibility at Xerox was image selection for the Foundations of Culture virtual learning presentation materials.

Kara Egan has a B.S. in Management from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute - The Lally School of Management and an International Business degree from Università Bocconi.
