Sarah Hicks

Sarah Hicks is a Customer Success Manager at Applied since November 2022, bringing extensive experience in customer service and management from previous roles. At The Bridge – Health, Fitness & Wellbeing, Sarah served as Deputy CEO and held various managerial positions from February 2014 to November 2022. Earlier experience includes working as a waitress at The Petersham and The Richmond Golf Club between July 2012 and November 2012, and as a Customer Service Representative for England Rugby from January 2009 to December 2010. Sarah Hicks earned a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Geography from the University of Southampton between 2010 and 2013.
