Ryan Shutts

Ryan Shutts is an experienced product management professional with a robust background in the outdoor and hunting industries. Currently serving as the Product Manager for Compound Bows and the Director of Product Management at Bear Archery since January 2018, Ryan previously held various roles at Cabela's from August 1999 to January 2018, including Merchandising Director and Divisional Merchandise Manager for Hunting. Responsibilities throughout Ryan's career have included developing category merchandise strategies, establishing financial goals, creating pricing strategies, and driving product innovation. Ryan holds an Associate’s Degree in Arts from McCook Community College and has further education from the University of Nebraska at Kearney.
