Robert Hime

Robert Hime is an experienced professional in systems integration and control systems engineering, currently serving as Vice-President and Co-Owner of Bear Automation, Inc., a company co-founded in October 2011 in North West Arkansas. Prior roles include Lead Controls Engineer at Tyson Foods, where collaboration with a technical team was essential for developing control systems, Operations Manager at Control Technologies, Inc., after overseeing a branch post-acquisition, and President of Hime Industrial Automation, Inc., the company Robert founded and managed from 2001 to 2008.
