Dustin Heathers

Dustin Heathers has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Dustin is currently the Co-Founder, President, and CEO of Bear Cloud Studios, where they take on a servant leadership position and actively involves himself in various aspects of the company. Prior to this, they worked as the Director of Business Intelligence at RXA, contributing to the company's data-driven decision-making process. Dustin also served as a Project/Program Coordinator at Tundra Technical Solutions, where they played a crucial role in driving programs and projects related to the Metaverse. Earlier in their career, Dustin worked as a Systems Analyst at Maritime-Ontario (M-O) Freight Lines Limited, focusing on business intelligence, project management, and stakeholder management. Additionally, they gained experience as a Solutions Consultant and Marketing Manager at Modern Requirements, supporting sales, marketing, and product initiatives. Before that, they worked as a freelancer and as a Solutions Consultant at the Assistive Technology Clinic, where they worked closely with healthcare professionals to provide solutions for ALS and Stroke patients. Throughout their career, Dustin has demonstrated their ability to adapt to different roles and industries, showcasing their expertise in leadership, project management, business intelligence, and customer relations.

Dustin Heathers earned a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Queen's University, starting in 2011 and completing their studies in 2015.
