John Sechler

John Sechler has over 30 years of work experience in sales and account management. John is currently working as a Senior Account Executive at BEAR Cloud Technologies, Inc. since 2019. Previously, they held the same role at Insight from 2016 to 2019. Before that, they worked at Datalink as a Senior Account Executive from 2014 to 2016. Prior to that, they served as a Senior Account Executive at Bear Data Solutions from 2007 to 2014, where they focused on selling technology solutions to Fortune 1000 companies in the San Francisco Bay Area. John also has experience as the Director of Sales of Major Accounts at Occam Networks, Inc from 2006 to 2007, where they built relationships with Tier 1/2 telecom companies. Earlier in their career, they worked as an Account Manager at Cisco Systems, Inc from 1997 to 2006, selling Cisco's solutions to commercial, enterprise, and service provider customers. John also worked as an Account Manager at Entex Information Services from 1995 to 1997, selling computer brands to Fortune 1000 customers. Before that, they worked at Granite Computer Products as an Account Manager from 1991 to 1993 and at Computerland/Infomax as a Major Account Manager from 1989 to 1991. John began their career as an Account Manager at NYNEX Business Centers from 1987 to 1989.

John Sechler attended Campolindo High School from 1979 to 1983. Following this, they enrolled at the University of California, Berkeley from 1983 to 1987.
