Katie Bone

Katie Bone has a diverse work experience spanning across multiple companies and roles in the technology and IT industry. Katie is currently working as a Global Renewals Manager at Motorola Solutions since January 2023.

Before that, Katie worked at BEAR Cloud Technologies from August 2021, where they held the positions of Director Support Contract Renewals and Account Director. Their responsibilities included providing support contract renewal support for the sales team, acting as a consultative IT partner to commercial and SLED (State, Local, Education, and Government) clients, and driving services sales and adoption.

Prior to that, from February 2020 to July 2021, Katie worked at Computacenter as a Service Manager, overseeing service operations. Katie also worked at SAI-FastData as a Client Director from February 2018 to October 2019, where they managed client relationships and sales.

Starting their career at Bear Data Solutions in February 2011, Katie worked in sales until July 2017, focusing on driving sales in the IT industry. In 2003, they joined FusionStorm as a Director of Support Contract Services, and from 2000 to 2002, they held the position of Director of Inside Sales at the same company.

Katie Bone holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree from the University of San Diego. Katie also has several additional certifications, including the Fortinet Cyber Security Course and Fortinet Info Cyber Security Course obtained in August 2022. In April 2022, they completed the Amplify Security Fundamentals, Cortex XDR, and Next-Gen Firewall Fundamentals courses offered by Palo Alto Networks. Furthermore, in February 2022, they obtained the Cisco Customer Success Manager (CCSMS) certification. In January 2022, they completed the Pure Storage Sales Accreditation program from Pure Storage and the Juniper Sales Academy from Juniper Networks. Finally, in November 2021, they obtained the Cisco Foundation Express Sales Specialist certification.
