Bear Creek Services is a nonprofit organization located in Rochester, Minnesota.  Our mission is to provide personalized community life experiences for individuals with developmental disabilities and traumatic brain injury.  

We have 12 group homes for individuals with disabilities and brain injury throughout Rochester.  In addition, we offer the Bear Creek Independent Living Services program.  This allows people with disabilities to achieve their dreams of greater life independence.

We are looking for a few people to join our team!  We provide a great amount of on-the-job training to make sure that each person is successful.   For those who work 30+ hours per week, we offer paid personal time off (PTO), medical insurance, dental insurance, life and accident insurance, 403B retirement plan and an employee assistance program.

This includes managing the operations of our 12 group homes as well as the Bear Creek Independent Living Services program. The team ensures each program runs smoothly, providing personalized support and fostering greater life independence for our clients.

Program Management

The Support Services team at Bear Creek Services provides comprehensive care and assistance to individuals with developmental disabilities and traumatic brain injuries. This team is responsible for ensuring the well-being of residents in our group homes and those enrolled in our Independent Living Services program. Team members collaborate to deliver medical support, daily living assistance, personalized care plans, and community integration activities, all aimed at enhancing the quality of life and fostering greater independence for our clients.
