Chip Snyder has a diverse work experience spanning several roles and companies. Chip started their career at Northwoods, where they worked as a Mobile Application Developer, initially as a summer intern and later as a full-time employee. Chip then joined IBM Tealeaf as a Mobile Engineer, focusing on iOS analytics SDK development. At Abercrombie & Fitch, they served as an IT Analyst for Mobile Applications Development, leading and developing iOS applications and coordinating technical architecture. Chip later joined JPMorgan Chase & Co., where they held multiple roles as an Application Development Manager, serving as a technical liaison and providing project estimation and prioritization support. Chip then joined Halo Communications as a Senior Mobile Engineer, leading the Mobile Engineering team and overseeing the development of iOS and Android applications for healthcare communication. Chip's most recent position was at Automattic, where they started as a Lead Software Engineer before being promoted to Team Lead. Chip Snyder completed their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Physical Sciences from Otterbein University, where they attended from 2005 to 2009. Chip further pursued a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Computer Science from Otterbein University, graduating from 2011 to 2013. Additionally, Chip obtained two additional certifications: a Graph Developer - Associate certification from Apollo GraphQL in December 2022 and a Machine Learning certification from Coursera in August 2017.
