Daren Hackett

Daren Hackett, CPA, is the Controller at Bear River Mutual Insurance Company, where they focus on statutory financial reporting and compliance. With extensive experience in managerial and financial accounting, Daren has held positions such as Senior Financial Analyst at WCF Insurance and Senior Auditor at Huber, Erickson & Bowman. They spent several years in public accounting and have a strong background in accounting software implementation, internal controls, and financial analysis. Daren earned a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Finance from Brigham Young University and an MBA in Corporate Finance & Accounting from the University of Notre Dame.
