Kathrin Hamm

Dr. Kathrin Hamm is the Founder and CEO of Bearaby, a position held since December 2018, and serves as a member of the Impact Council at Fast Company from January 2024. In addition, Dr. Hamm is a Contributing Op-Ed Writer for Forbes since January 2023 and has been recognized as an Endeavor Entrepreneur since October 2022. Previously, Dr. Hamm worked as an Economist for the International Finance Corporation from July 2013 to August 2017. Academically, Dr. Hamm holds a Master of Public Administration from Columbia University, a PhD in Economics from Universität Witten/Herdecke, and was a Visiting Ph.D. Scholar at Harvard Business School, focusing on Economics.
