Jim Guscette

Jim Guscette has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning several senior leadership roles in the telecommunications industry. Currently, they serve as the Senior Vice President of Commercial & Operations at BearCom since June 2022. Prior to that, they held the position of Vice President of Marketing and Alternate Channels from August 2020 to June 2022. Before joining BearCom, Jim was the Vice President of Inside Sales and E-Commerce at the same company from February 2018 to August 2020.

Earlier in their career, Jim Guscette worked at CommUSA, where they held various positions of increasing responsibility. Jim served as the President from January 2017 to February 2018 and as the Sr. Vice President of Sales & Operations from January 2011 to December 2016. Jim also held the role of Vice President of Sales from January 2006 to December 2010. Their career at CommUSA began in 2000 as a Sales Manager, a position they held until December 2010.

Jim Guscette has a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Accounting from San Diego State University.
