Andrew Spence

Andrew Spence is an experienced construction professional with a career spanning over 19 years. Currently serving as a Contract Manager, Project Manager, and Site Manager at Beard since August 2010, Andrew has successfully delivered projects for various educational institutions, MOD, and local authorities, working on both listed buildings and new constructions employing modern and traditional construction techniques. Prior to this role, Andrew operated a self-employed construction and landscaping business from April 2009 to August 2010, focusing on brick, block, and stone work for new homes in Gloucestershire. Beginning as an Apprentice Bricklayer at Aqua Construction Limited from July 2004 to April 2009, Andrew developed essential skills in bricklaying, contributing to refurbishments and new builds. Educational qualifications include a Level 6 NVQ Diploma in Construction Site Management, an HND in Construction, and various NVQs in CAD Drafting, Bricklaying, and sports and exercise.
