Chris Nunne has extensive experience in quantity surveying and estimating, with a career spanning several prominent construction companies. Beginning at Ballast Wiltshier as a Quantity Surveyor and Senior Estimator from May 1988 to April 2002, Chris continued to develop expertise in estimating roles at Leadbitter Group, HN Edwards & Partners Ltd, Feltham Construction, Morgan Sindall, and Kier Group from 2002 to 2020. Between 2008 and 2010, Chris served as a Bid Manager at Rok Build plc. Recently, Chris has held the position of Divisional Building Estimator at Knights Brown from August 2020 to January 2025 and currently works as a Senior Estimator at Beard beginning in August 2024.
