Grant Pomphrey

Grant Pomphrey is an experienced construction professional with over three decades in the industry. Currently serving as a Senior Construction Manager at Beard since November 2024, Grant previously held multiple senior management roles at ISG plc, Lendlease, and W S Atkins, overseeing projects such as the Ocean Wave hotel and Al Arab hotel. With responsibilities encompassing site supervision, quality assurance, health and safety implementation, and construction programming, Grant has consistently delivered high-quality construction outcomes. Grant holds a City & Guilds degree in Carpentry and Joinery from Brunel University, completed between 1980 and 1984.
