Jack Winterbottom is an experienced quantity surveyor with a diverse background in finance and project management. Beginning as a Trainee Accountant at GBC Partnership from September 2005 to June 2006, Jack gained foundational skills in client account preparation and auditing. Jack transitioned to Wates Group, where from June 2006 to April 2013, responsibilities included working on significant projects, completing a BSc (Hons) degree in Quantity Surveying, and advancing to the role of Assistant Quantity Surveyor. Subsequent positions included Project Quantity Surveyor at Sir Robert McAlpine, overseeing a £39m student accommodation project, and a similar role at R W Armstrong & Sons Ltd.
