Melissa Barber

Melissa Barber is currently the Head of People & Communications at Beard since January 2020. Melissa also holds the position of Board Member at Elim Housing Association since September 2017. Prior to these roles, Melissa served as the Group Head of Business Services at Dribuild and Head of Communications at Knightstone Housing Association. Melissa's background includes experience as a Marketing Manager at A & H Gadd and a Business Development Manager at Rok. Melissa holds degrees in Business & Marketing from Strode College and CIM Marketing from Yeovil College/Bournemouth University.
