Shaun Thomas has over 40 years of experience in the construction industry, beginning a career as a carpenter and joiner at John George Pimm & Sons from June 1980 to November 1990. In November 1990, Shaun joined Beard Construction, initially continuing as a carpenter and joiner until transitioning to the role of Project Manager in 2000. In this capacity, Shaun has successfully managed numerous construction projects, evolving from smaller assignments to larger, high-value ventures while maintaining a commitment to client relationships and project success through a positive and proactive approach. Shaun completed education at Bartholomew School in Eynsham from 1975 to 1980.
