Tom Reynolds is an experienced Design Manager currently at Beard since April 2024, previously holding the same title at Wates Group from November 2018 to April 2024, where responsibilities included overseeing the design of the Oasis Academy in Bristol. Prior to Wates Group, Tom worked at Sheppard Robson from November 2014 to November 2018, initially as an Architect before being promoted to Project Lead, contributing significantly to high-profile projects such as Barts Square and Park Royal. Earlier experience includes a role as Architect at Lifschutz Davidson Sandilands, where Tom contributed to the award-winning Fitzroy Place development, and as an Architectural Assistant at ABW Architects. Tom holds an Advanced Diploma in Professional Practice in Architecture from RIBA North West and an M.Arch from the University of Liverpool, complementing a solid educational foundation in architecture.
