Cecile Jansen

Cecile Jansen is an experienced HR professional with a diverse background in talent development and human resources management. Currently serving as a Talent Development Specialist at BearingPoint Caribbean since November 2022, Cecile previously held the position of HR Manager at Kamera Express, where success was evident in the organization's growth from 250 to over 650 employees across multiple countries. Earlier roles include HR Advisor/Payroll Specialist for EMEA at Valvoline during its independence from the parent company, and various HR and management positions at H&M and Procter & Gamble. Cecile holds a Drs. degree in Policy and Organizational Sciences from Tilburg University and has participated in various training programs, further enhancing expertise in HR practices and digital transformation projects.
