Leanne Miles

Leanne Miles is an experienced professional in the care and wellbeing sector, currently serving as a Manager at BearingPoint since July 2019, after a brief tenure as a Senior Consultant at Prederi, a BearingPoint company. Prior to this, Leanne held various roles at Holmes Care Group as Operations Manager and at ECL The Care & Wellbeing Company where responsibilities included managing multiple services, developing new operational structures, and ensuring compliance in registered roles. Leanne began a career in care as a Care Assistant at Chelmsford Nursing Home, progressing through positions including Community Support Worker at Essex County Council.
