Tim Murray

Tim Murray is a Manager at BearingPoint in the Ireland People and Strategy Consulting practice since October 2023. Tim has a robust background in leadership and organizational psychology, having completed an MSc in Organizational Psychology at Birkbeck, University of London, from 2021 to 2023. Prior to this, Tim held various leadership roles at The LCap Group, including Director of Leadership Dynamics and Director of People Operations & Growth, where responsibilities included consulting for private equity firms and developing proprietary behavioral assessment tools. Tim's earlier experience includes serving as Vice President of Operations at Third Bridge Group Limited and various roles in analytics and management. Tim holds a BA (Hons) in French and German from the University of Nottingham, with additional studies undertaken in Germany and France.
