Tom Hyde

Tom Hyde is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in global IT operations, currently serving as Director of Global IT Operations at BearingPoint since October 2005. In this role, Tom has successfully led 24x7 operations for IT enterprise applications and infrastructure serving 18,000 users worldwide, achieved over $5M in annual cost savings by consolidating data center providers, and implemented robust Change Management practices aligned with ITIL standards. Prior to BearingPoint, Tom held multiple management positions at Hewlett-Packard, where responsibilities included service delivery and client management, leading to significant improvements in service quality and operational efficiency.
