Previously, Collin worked as a Unicorn Engineer at Defense Unicorns, where expertise in automating container hardening processes significantly improved deployment timelines. Collin's tenure at The Joint Staff included leading a data tools development team and managing collection requirements, while earlier experience in the United States Air Force encompassed various technical and leadership roles, focusing on innovation and operational efficiency.
