Jerry Washburn is a seasoned program manager and subject matter expert in submarines, currently leading the completion of the Navy Training Systems Plan for the COLUMBIA Class SSBN at Project Blue. With 22 years of military experience, Jerry has held various roles, including Maintenance Coordinator and Senior Enlisted Leader, where they oversaw maintenance of over 5000 equipment pieces on nuclear submarines. Previously, Jerry served at the Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County as a Traffic Signal Technician and has also worked as a Curriculum and Training Specialist at BAE Systems, Inc. They earned a Bachelor of Business Administration from Southern New Hampshire University and completed courses for Command Master Chief and Senior Enlisted Leader with honors.
