Kristen Picard

Kristen Picard has a varied work experience. Kristen currently works as a Software Engineer at Beast Code and as a Full Stack Developer Student at The Ohio State University Boot Camps. From 2015 to 2021, they worked at Peak Advisory Group as an Administrative Office Support, where they acted as a liaison between clients and advisors, led an initiative to upgrade website host, and organized and executed client appreciation events. During the same time period, they also worked at Happily Ever Events as a Co-Owner and Event Coordinator, designing individualized bridal plans, coordinating with various event vendors, and implementing website and brand updates. From 2009 to 2015, they worked at Roosters | We Be Wings Franchise as a Server, integrating front of house service and back of house delivery, and eventually becoming a trainer.

Kristen Picard began their education in 2011 at Miami University, where they studied Social Justice. Kristen then attended Wright State University from 2013 to 2015, where they earned their Bachelor's Degree in Sociology. In 2021, they completed a Certificate in Full-Stack Web Development from The Ohio State University Boot Camps. Additionally, they obtained a Certified SAFe® 5 Product Owner/Product Manager certification from Scaled Agile, Inc. in December 2022.
