Paul Blankenship

Paul Blankenship has a comprehensive work history as an educator, with experience in teaching a variety of subjects and leading field trips. Paul started their teaching career as a student teacher at Parkway High School in 2003 and later went on to work at Hamilton Terrace Learning Center, Caddo Middle Magnet School, Carver Middle Magnet School, Dothan City Schools, and Dothan City Virtual School, where they taught subjects such as Louisiana history, civics, geography, world history, U.S. history, and computer science. In 2023, Paul will be working as a Scrum Product Owner at Beast Code.

Paul Blankenship holds a Master of Education (MEd) degree in Educational/Instructional Technology and Instructional Design from the University of Florida, which they completed between 2017 and 2019. Paul also obtained an MSW degree in Health & Mental Health from Louisiana State University in 1998, an M.Div./M.A. degree in Psychology/Education from New Orleans Baptist Theological Seminary in 1995, and a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in History and Religion/Philosophy from Samford University in 1991. Additionally, they have obtained multiple certifications in Agile Project Leadership, Scrum, and other related fields from institutions such as LinkedIn and Scrum.org, most recently in May 2023.
