Phil Davis

Phil Davis, PMP, is an accomplished program manager with extensive experience in naval operations and maintenance, currently serving at Beast Code since July 2023 as a Small Business Innovation Research program manager. Prior to this, Phil held significant roles including Assistant Director of Reactor Operations on the USS George Washington, where responsibilities included overseeing operations and maintenance for two naval nuclear propulsion plants, contributing to a $5 billion overhaul. As Program Director for Nuclear Limited Duty at the Office of the Chief of Naval Operations, Phil shaped personnel policies for 550 officers, regularly briefing admirals on strategic initiatives. Previous experiences also include senior program management for ship repairs on various submarines and aircraft carriers, successfully enhancing maintenance capabilities and operational efficiency. Phil holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Nuclear Engineering Technology from Thomas Edison State University.
