Rick Bates has a vast amount of experience in the military, particularly in submarine operations. Rick currently works as an Account and Program Manager at Beast Code since November 2023. Prior to their current role, Rick served in the US Navy for over two decades, holding various positions such as Director of Submarine Onboard Training, Squadron Weapons Officer, and Chief of Strategic Missile Division. Rick is highly skilled in leadership, training, and strategic vision, with a strong background in nuclear weapons security and technical operations.
