The most expensive line item on your P&L often doesn’t appear in your accounts:
the cost of burnout.
I am the founder of Beat the Burnout.
After 30 years as a senior executive leading teams across multiple continents, I understand the realities of pressure, responsibility, and sustained performance. I also know the moment when high performance starts to feel like physical self-destruction — for me, it manifested as chronic stress-related headaches.
Most organizations wait until a manager crashes and then invest heavily in recovery.
Recovery is expensive.
Prevention is a strategic advantage.
Through Beat the Burnout, I implement The Stress Prevention Protocol — a practical, three-step system designed for managers with limited time:
UNDERSTAND how pressure affects both mind and body
REMOVE accumulated physical stress using practical techniques
PREVENT future overload across work, personal life, and health (GRACE)
This is not therapy and not medical treatment.
It is system maintenance for sustainable human performance.

ABOUT THE FOUNDER — THE VOICE OF EXPERIENCE

My path to founding Beat the Burnout was personal. Years of sustained pressure led to chronic, stress-related headaches that traditional approaches couldn’t resolve.
I didn’t want a “soft” solution.
I wanted to fix the machinery.
Through extensive training and testing — including yoga, body-based methods, and NLP — I built a toolkit that worked in real life, under real corporate pressure.
Everything in Beat the Burnout has been used, tested, and refined in practice.
Nothing is theoretical
