My path to founding Beat the Burnout was personal. Years of sustained pressure led to chronic, stress-related headaches that traditional approaches couldn’t resolve.
I didn’t want a “soft” solution. I wanted to fix the machinery.
Through extensive training and testing — including yoga, body-based methods, and NLP — I built a toolkit that worked in real life, under real corporate pressure.
