Sonja Grabner

Sonja Grabner currently serves as Team Lead People & Culture at BEAT81 since June 2022. Prior to this role, Sonja held several positions at TLGG, including Senior People & Culture Manager and People & Talent Manager, from February 2021 to June 2022. Earlier experience includes working as Junior People & Talent Manager and Candidate Experience Coordinator at Urban Sports Club from July 2019 to January 2021. Sonja also contributed to Red Bull as Assistant to Head of International Motorsports, Hospitality & Mobile Assets from April 2017 to May 2019, and served as Executive Assistant to the Managing Director at Kronospan from September 2016 to April 2017. Additional roles include various positions at VistaJet from July 2011 to August 2016, including Executive Assistant to the Chief Operating Officer and Crew Training & Flight Operations. Sonja holds a Certified Mediator degree from the Institut Berlin Mediation and A Levels in Tourism Management and languages from the Institute of Higher Education in Tourism, Klessheim, Austria.
