Phil J.

Phil J. has an extensive work experience in the beverage industry. Phil is currently working at BeatBox as the Executive Vice President. Prior to that, they held the positions of Vice President Sales- North America at BeatBox and Western Division VP BeatBox Beverages. Before joining BeatBox, Phil J. was the President of Chihuahua Brewing Co. Phil has also worked at Hangar 24 Craft Brewery as the Vice President of Sales and Marketing, Golden Road Brewing as the EVP Sales & Marketing, and Ace Beverage Co. as the Vice President/General Manager. Phil J. started their career at Anheuser-Busch InBev as the Director of Sales & Marketing and later co-founded Howling Coyote, Inc., an investment company where they served as the President/Principal. Phil also gained experience at Mattel, Inc. as the Senior Product Manager and at Hasbro as the Global Brand Manager.

Phil J. earned a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, with a focus on Business and Marketing, from California State University-San Bernardino from 1986 to 1990. Later, they pursued a Master's in Business Administration (MBA) at the University of Redlands from 1994 to 1996.
