Michele Bisgrove

Michele Bisgrove is an accomplished Human Resources professional with extensive experience across various industries. Currently serving as the Human Resources Manager at beatBread since October 2023, Michele contributes to empowering musical artists by facilitating access to funding and support. Prior to this role, Michele spent 12 years at Kokatat as the Director of Human Resources, overseeing HR operations for a leading manufacturer of paddling and water-sports apparel. Previous positions include Human Resources Manager at Mad River Community Hospital, where Michele managed HR functions for a 78-bed medical facility, and various HR roles with Fair Wind Cruises and Safeway, where Michele honed expertise in employee relations, training, and compliance. Additionally, Michele owned and operated A Touch of Aloha, providing therapeutic massage services while managing all business aspects. Education includes a diploma from Arcata High School and further studies at the College of the Redwoods.
