Associate Director Customer Experience at BeatO

Ankit Dixit has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Ankit began their career as an Operations Executive at PolicyBazaar.com in 2012. Ankit then joined Canon EMEA as a Senior Executive in Customer Service, where they handled domestic and international customers and focused on upselling. Following this, Ankit worked at ShopClues, initially as a Subject Matter Expert, then as a Team Lead in Customer Support, and finally as an Assistant Manager. In these roles, they managed teams, analyzed root causes to reduce call and email inflow, ensured SLA management, and trained advisors. Ankit then joined BeatO as a Process Improvement Project Manager, where they worked from 2019 to 2020. At Lenskart.com, they served as a Manager in Customer Support, collaborating closely with the VP of Customer Experience to enhance processes and customer experience. Ankit also implemented live chat systems, AI improvements, and operational policies across different touchpoints. Currently, they hold the position of Head of Customer Experience at BeatO, where they identify ideal customer profiles, maps customer journeys, and manages the customer experience across various channels.

Ankit Dixit completed their education from various institutions. Ankit obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a specialization in Marketing & HR from Jiwaji University, where they studied from 2010 to 2012. Prior to that, they pursued a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com) degree with Computer Application as their field of study, also at Jiwaji University, from 2007 to 2010. Additionally, they earned a Post Graduate Diploma (PGDCA) in Computer Application from Maharishi Mahesh Yogi Vedic Vishwavidyalaya, where they studied from 2009 to 2010.

In terms of certifications, Ankit Dixit obtained the certification of Internal Auditor for ISO 13485:2016 & The EU Medical Devices Regulation (MDR 2017/745) from Intertek in January 2023. Ankit also acquired LinkedIn Skill Badges in Microsoft PowerPoint and Microsoft Excel from LinkedIn, in January 2023 and December 2022 respectively.
