They lead the design direction and execution of brand-aligned campaigns and digital assets across various platforms while managing and mentoring a team of designers. Previously, Steven held significant roles at BBC Creative, MTV, ASOS, and Urban Outfitters, working with influential brands and delivering innovative visual solutions. Steven holds a Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design & Visual Arts from the Institut supérieur libre des Arts plastiques and a Master’s Degree in Communication Design from Central Saint Martins.
