Daniel De Sousa

Daniel De Sousa has worked in a variety of roles in the software engineering field since 2008. Daniel began their career as a Rides Operator and Rides Lead at Canada's Wonderland. In 2010, they moved to Hong Kong to take on the role of Web Developer at BeaconWall LTD. Upon returning to Canada in 2011, they worked as a Social Tech Developer at M THIRTY Communications Inc., a PHP Developer at Social Game Universe, and a Lead Developer at WeMuv. In 2014, they took on the role of Manager of Software Development at Define Mobility, where they handled full life cycles of software development projects, dealt directly with clients, and worked on tight schedules to complete web and android applications. Daniel also hired and managed one other employee. In 2017, they joined Infostellar as a Software Engineering Manager and Software Engineer. Most recently, in 2021, they began working as a Software Engineer at Beatrust.

Daniel De Sousa attended Mayfield Secondary School from 2003 to 2007. Daniel then went on to pursue a Bachelor of Information Technology (Honours) in Game Development at Ontario Tech University from 2007 to 2011. In 2015, they attended ECC Kokusai College of Foreign Languages to study Japanese.
