Inês Costa is a seasoned professional in the hospitality industry with extensive experience in sales and front office management. Currently serving as a Sales Manager at BEAUMONT since November 2022, Inês has previously held various roles at Accor from November 2017 to November 2022, including Front Office Manager, Assistant Front Office Manager, Duty Manager, Front Office Supervisor, and Front Office Welcomer. Inês led teams ranging from 4 to 16 members in different hotel settings, ensuring exceptional service standards and guest satisfaction. Inês began the career as a Receptionist at Grace Group of Hotels in early 2017. Inês holds a Level 5 degree in Hospitality Administration/Management from Escola de Hotelaria e Turismo de Lisboa, completed in 2017, and attended Escola Secundária da Moita from 2012 to 2015.
