Rav Panesar

Rav Panesar has extensive experience in product development within the beauty industry, currently serving as NPD Manager for Skincare and Supplements at Beauty Pie since September 2017. Previous roles at Beauty Pie include NPD Manager for Skincare, Junior NPD Manager for Skincare, and Assistant NPD Manager for Fine Fragrance and Skincare. Prior to this, Rav held various positions at Soaper Duper from September 2016 to December 2020, including Junior NPD Manager and NPD Assistant. An early career included a Press Assistant role at ELEMIS and at Beauty Seen PR, where clients included notable brands such as Shiseido and Rituals. Rav holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Cosmetic Science from the London College of Fashion, University of the Arts London, completed in 2015.
